Improving my agility, mobility and flexibility for this 57 year old.
Proving age really is just a number.

Personal testimony:

My daughter was sharing with my grandson that someday everyone will get old.
She told him mommy and daddy will get old.

And your grand parents ( Ita and ito) will get old also

👉His response: NOT ita( that's me) she's strong!!! 🤷‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🫶🔥

Bam they watch everything and this is my why!!!

As a 56 year old menopause specialist
4 More Ways to Help Support Hormone Health

1 Eat regular meals: Eating regular meals helps support the body's natural rhythms. It's a good idea to space your meals in a way that prevents big dips or spikes in blood sugar. This means spacing your meals 3 to 5 hours apart. An example would be breaking your fast 2 hours after waking. For me 11 am tjen I eat again about 2:30 then last meal at 5:30. BONUS: Avoid snacking before bedtime. It's natural for your body to fast from dinner until breakfast the next day. However, with food available to us 24/7, we're eating much later into the day and not allowing the body time to rest and digest.

2. What to include in your meals: A hormone- healthy meal includes a balance of high- quality protein, good-for-you fats, unrefined carbohydrates, and fiber.

3.Get your omega-3: Including omega-3 fatty acids in your diet from foods and
supplements (between 2.5g and 4g per day) can help lower the stress hormone cortisol (a major contributor to hormone health), help reduce markers of inflammation, and help your cells function better overall. Consuming 4oz of fatty fish a few times a week has been shown to help decrease body fat and increase lean muscle mass

4. Eat the rainbow: Eating a multicolored diet rich in nutrients can help support adrenal gland function. Dark-colored foods with carotenoids are especially nourishing to the adrenal glands. Foods rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like blueberries, blackberries, beets, and black beans are also very nourishing.

This is what happened when I realized who I am!!!

I may get knocked down but God always has me.
I am a daughter of a king who calls me his own.

I belong to him and sometimes we just need to dance it out.

It's a beautiful thing to be FREE
