Delusional Optimism Based On Realistic Results. 💥

I met Lindi, the founder of Explode (@explodesocialmedia). Her energy is unmatched, but her philosophies are totally grounded. What a woman!

Explode helps established businesses late to the social media party. Lindi got real about founder struggles and why few overcome them.

Key takeaways:

Own your niche: Target narrow markets that most companies are too afraid to touch.

Deliver every time: For customer satisfaction, “you’re only as good as your last job.”

Mindset over money: You don’t need deep pockets to start. You just need a desire to win and learn as you trade.

SUPER proud of this one!

🔥 IGNITE is back! 🔥 A full day of keynotes, fireside chats and panels built around one question: what does it actually take to scale a business to seven figures and beyond?

The speaker line-up is insane and I’m so grateful to the incredible women joining us on the day >>> @sharmadeanreid @lorna @maxinelaceby @luciemacleod1 @stefaniesw @scarlettallenhorton @floracurl @geetasidhurobb @melissa.e.snover @weareword360 @barberbossuk @kameesedavis @zandralmoore @lisa_thebiskery @tvmarv

The line-up also deliberately full of women from the regions. I want IGNITE26 to show that you don’t have to be in London to build something remarkable, and that being based outside of the capital isn’t a consolation prize.

IGNITE26 isn’t just for founders chasing seven figures; it’s for any woman who wants more… more revenue, more clarity, more confidence in what she’s building. Whether your goal is £100k or £1 million+, there is a seat in that room with your name on it.

🗓️ Monday 28 September
🕘 9am-5pm
📍 Millennium Point, Birmingham
🎟️ Tickets £99 (£79 for The 51% Club members)

Social media that actually moves the needle. Meet the woman who built a business on exactly that.

@lindi__1 is the founder and Managing Director of Explode Social Media, a Birmingham-based digital marketing agency specialising in driving measurable business growth through strategic, high-impact social media.

After first appearing on The Apprentice, Lindi went on to build a respected career working with leading brands and household names and today her agency counts Bullring & Grand Central, Resorts World, and the M6 Toll among its clients.

This isn't social media for the sake of it. It's social that sells.

Known for her energetic and charismatic leadership style, Lindi brings that same energy to the stage. If your audience needs to get serious about social - and most of them do - she'll make sure they actually want to.

Some evenings just stay with you. ✨

Last month, we brought together a group of exceptional founders for another edition of The Power Table, an intimate, invite-only dinner with a difference.

Sitting around these tables continues to inspire us to create spaces for honest, open conversations about money, legacy, and what it really means to build something that lasts.

From tax strategies and investment positions to AI, morning routines, and the kind of war stories you rarely get to share out loud, the room was full of women who showed up ready to give and receive in equal measure.

We’re incredibly grateful to our partners for helping us create experiences like this. Nights like these don’t happen without the right people behind them.

A huge thank you to:

@independentwomenifa for being true partners in our mission to help more women build wealth

@porschecentresutton for joining forces with us and giving guests the chance to experience the all-electric Macan

@thecornerstonekitchen for the incredible food and hospitality

@rahimart_media for capturing every moment so beautifully

@jp.the.event.expert for the gorgeous styling and for bringing the vision to life

Events like these don’t just stay with you.
They fuel what comes next.
