If you have ever felt like giving up this is for you. Here is what I have learned in the last year. As they say be kind to yourself. You have birthed babies or maybe had some thing come up in your life you could not control. For me it was depression. My weight loss journey is so much more than be losing “LBS”. It was about healing me through the INSIDE. That took a lot of learning who I really was versus who THOUGHT I was. Learning to love myself after two divorce and making plenty of mistakes raising kids. I learned hurt people hurt people and HEALED PEOPLE HEAL PEOPLE. I didn’t always like who or what I saw in me but it is a part of growing what we are to do here with our time. But I’m learning that progress isn’t always measured by the numbers, infact I do not even weight myself. 😜 it’s about believing in yourself, showing up for yourself, and surrounding yourself with people who want you to win. It’s about being proud of yourself and your accomplishments. Choosing yourself should happen right now. So make today your goal to love yourself. I want my journey to be about my own transformation as a hunman being. I want to encourage other women to stop doubting themselves, stop comparing their chapter one to someone else’s chapter twenty, and start believing that they, too, can change their lives. So here is to choosing ourselves, loving outselves and consistency. If my journey can inspire one woman to take the first step, to loving herself and loving the person she sees and loving the person she’s gonna become it will be so rewarding. Realizing our chapter is just about to turn the Page because you are worth it. Your story isn’t over. It’s just beginning.
