🎨 MEET THE ARTIST BEHIND OUR NUMBAT TEE 🎨

We asked Manu a few questions about the work that went into the design, her creative process and, of course, what makes Australian animals so special.

Swipe through to hear it straight from the artist herself 👀

We love getting a glimpse into the story behind the artwork, and we hope you do too.

Not long now. 🤫
Our Numbat tee launches 7 November — just in time for World Numbat Day 🌿

Back in 2024, we had @linesbymanu create this incredible illustration of our van with the iconic Gibb River Road cliff line behind it. At the time, it was something we were working really hard to be able to recreate ourselves… and now we actually got to stand in the same spot and capture it for real. 🥹

We’re so proud of how far we’ve come. We’ve now been living on the road for over a year and have worked incredibly hard to make this dream our reality.

Sometimes it’s pretty special to stop, look around and realise you’re actually living the life you once only dreamed about. ✨🥹🫶🏻

👀 Something’s hiding in the details…

Our very first Threadened tee is getting closer — and we’re giving you a tiny sneak peek. 👇

A little glimpse here.
A few lines there.
But can you figure out what’s coming? 🤔

We’re keeping the full reveal under wraps for now… but trust us, it’s pretty cute.

Our first-ever artist collaboration 🎨

Something pretty special has been in the works behind the scenes… and we’re finally ready to share it.

We’re incredibly excited to announce our first ever artist collaboration with Lines by Manu — bringing our very first Threadened animal to life: the Numbat. 🖤🤍

We first came across the talented Lines by Manu when she passed through our town, and I was gifted one of her amazing hand drawn stickers (which still resides on my drink bottle today 💪). Her ability to capture and represent the communities she visits with her fine line designs drew us to her, and then her enthusiasm to be a part of what Threadened was creating sealed the deal. We’re so pleased she jumped on board 🫶

We wanted this design to capture how endearing, unique and resilient the numbat is. And in our opinion, Manu has done exactly that. We couldn’t be happier with how she has brought our first design to life. ✍️

The Numbat. Our first Threadened tee. Coming soon.

Follow along — we can’t wait to show you. 🐾

Eeeeeek, we're so excited to welcome a local artist, Lines by Manu, to Clarks. We now stock Manu's products in-store, including stickers, magnets, and a new Velcro Patch featuring one of her stickers. We were thrilled when we asked if it was possible, to make one of her designs into a patch and she said YES 🙌. Many travellers and tourists have been asking, and now we're excited to offer these quality artworks that will travel the world🌏

Tag Lines by Manu and Clarks so we see where they end up How cool would that be? 🫶

Inspired by the Australian outback. Native flora and fauna, and the wild tracks that run through it. Follow the footprints into its heart, where the ancient boab trees stand strong in the sun.
