Some homes are meant to be photographed. This one is meant to be walked through. Join Atomic Ranch for an exclusive look inside a recently renovated Cliff May in beautiful Long Beach, California reimagined by interior designer Linette Dai of @linettedaidesign , where every room shows how thoughtful design can honor a home’s past while making it feel fresh and livable today. Choose from a general tour experience where you’ll meet Linette and Jickie or opt for the tour + Design Chat & Masterclass. Here you’ll go deeper with the full designer experience. Tour the home, then settle in for a conversation with Jickie, Linette and Cliff May expert and mid century modern preservationist and area historian Doug Kramer of @socalmodern about the famed Cliff May neighborhood, May’s distinctive design elements and the the renovation: the vision, the challenges, and the decisions behind the finished result. Then Linette leads a design masterclass sharing practical tips and professional insight you can use in your own home. Link in for more info and to get your tickets!

I really enjoyed getting to know my fellow @aapida members @linettedaidesign and @nouveaudesignhouse. I was able to hear Tuan speak with @artistictile about how to use stone in design. I cannot wait to see what he does next! Linette and I got to spend a little down time by the water afterwards. Chicago is so beautiful!

Looking forward to joining Chad Stark, Jessica Davis and Tuan Nguyen at Design Chicago for a candid conversation on one of the most important — and sometimes complicated — parts of our industry: Trust.

We’ll be talking about how trust is built, protected, tested, and rebuilt across our relationships with clients, collaborators, teams and industry partners.

Thank you STARK and AAPIDA for bringing us together. I have a feeling this will be a good one. 🖤

The mix of hardware adds a fun detail and gives this master bedroom cabinetry a little more personality.

Some pieces can’t be bought off the showroom floor. Custom allows us to create something that’s perfectly proportioned for the space, tailored to the way you live, and that feels as though it was always meant to be there.

With the living room dedicated to conversation, the bonus room became the family’s media room. To make the most of the room’s footprint, we designed a custom built-in sofa with extra-deep seating for the entire family, St. Bernard included 🤍
