Vores andenårsfilm fra MSP er blevet nomineret ved Odense International Film Festival, og vi er enormt glade og stolte. Månedatter er en kortfilm vi skød i maj 2025, hvor vi havde æren af at arbejde sammen med et enormt stærkt cast og et virkelig sejt hold. I har alle været essentielle i at føre denne film ud i livet, og det er vi jer evigt taknemmelige for.

“Sound Of Escape” is our visual time capsule. A living postcard of sorts, encapsulating the emotions that best describe this particular niche in electronic music. Through a hypnotic approach to film and sound, the Sound of Escape delves into the Nordic underground electronic scene.

Through a series of interviews with DJs and producers including Perko, Karolinski, Anastasia Kristensen, Behrang Mohammadi, Schacke, Spekki Webu, and Thorgerdur, we aim to explore and offer a nuanced insight into the importance and significance held within this sub-culture.

Simon's approach to filmmaking is characterized by minimal interference, avoiding staged scenes to maintain authenticity. He employs a static, "fly on the wall" technique, often pushing the boundaries of formats and genres to provoke and challenge conventional storytelling.

Reflecting on his journey, Simon realizes that filmmaking, once seen as a path to a sort of eternal legacy, is rather a medium consuming the present. This insight led him to reconsider the volume of work he wishes to produce, ensuring that impact goes hand in hand with time, especially within the niche sub-genre of cultural documentation.
