Touch the Soil 🍂

Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in... and gently let it go.

Now, bring your attention to your hands.
Imagine reaching down, fingertips brushing against the soil.
Cool. Textured. Alive.

Touch the soil.
Pause here.
Let everything else fall away — the noise, the pace, the plans.
Just this moment.

Feel.
Feel the pulse beneath your palms — the quiet heartbeat of the earth.
Feel how steady she is, how ancient, how generous.
Roots spreading, life breathing, always supporting, always becoming.

Now whisper softly in your heart:
Mother Earth.
Let gratitude rise with each breath — for the ground that holds you,
the air that fills you, the life that moves through you.

Stay here a moment longer.
Breathing.
Connected.
Whole.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.
Carry this calm, this connection, into the rest of your day. #yoga
