69 days til we say i do and we are blown away by our family and friends who went above and beyond at our wedding shower! Thank you to everyone who planned, showed up, sent lovely cards and gifts! We are truly so blessed to have people like ours 🤍🤍🤍

Had such an incredible weekend back home with friends and family and a few people not pictured 🤍

It’s been a long time since I’ve been back and this weekend felt really grounding.

A lot of people glamorize the fitness industry, but in my experience the reality has been a lot of hunkering down, building, and staying focused. With any big career shift, priorities change, and sometimes that means less time for the people and things you love for a while. I’m so thankful for John, who has truly been my rock and my grounding point through it all.

Being back reminded me how good it feels to reconnect, reset, and come home, and how much more I’m able to show up both personally and professionally when I do.

So grateful for the love and support and for two moms who took such good care of me while I was sick 🥹

If you’re in the middle of a career change too, you’re not alone and I’m always here if you need someone to talk to 🩵
