A LOVE LETTER TO THE WOMAN I AM. 🖤

I am a woman. I am strong. I am powerful.
I am loud, passionate, ambitious and unapologetically myself.

I can be soft. I can be weak. I can be scared. I am allowed to have moments where I am wrong and not have to be burnt at the stake for it.

But I no longer believe I need to make myself smaller, quieter, easier to digest to fit someone else’s idea of what a woman should be. What I should be. To make it easy for them.

My strength isn’t about standing above others.
I have never actually wanted that. But what I do want is to stand strong and use my power to reach back and bringing people with me.

I want to create spaces where everyone, women, men, trans, gender-fluid, queer, artists, misfits and outsiders, can feel welcome, celebrated and empowered to be exactly who they are. Can be comforted seeing others like them.

And I will protect those spaces.

I will protect my peace by refusing to react to people who are looking for a reaction.

I will protect the people who trust me and the spaces we create together from behaviour that seeks to disrupt them.

Because that isn’t community. Community is respect. Community is lifting each other up.

And sometimes holding a mirror to poor behaviour makes people uncomfortable.
I am not unsafe.
I am uncomfortable. Read that again if you must.

And I’m okay with that. Because there is a reason I am.

I don’t need to fight every battle. I don’t need to explain myself to everyone. I can simply keep moving forward, keep creating, keep building and keep bringing people with me.

Thank you @erotikadabra for supporting me and trusting me with my knowledge, experience and skills in helping with @erotikaoddyssey 🖤

And @linustudio_ , thank you for capturing these photographs and reminding me just how powerful I can feel in my own skin.

This is me. A woman. A strong woman. A powerful woman. And I fucking love her. 🖤🔥

Magic isn't just about what we create. Sometimes, it's about what we choose to nurture.

A seed doesn't become something beautiful overnight. It needs patience, care, sunlight, and someone willing to believe in what it could become. 🌱✨

We are not so different.

Every act of kindness, every moment of encouragement, every hand reaching out to help something grow is a little bit of magic. And when we nurture the world around us, we create space for life, beauty, and possibility to flourish.

So plant something. Protect something. Give something room to grow.

Be gentle with the things still becoming.

Because the most beautiful magic isn't taking life for yourself. It's helping life thrive. 🌿💚✨

The journey to believing in yourself is made richer and steadier if you have mentors to hold your hand and help to shield you from the dark 🪄

The ODDyssey wouldn’t be real without @scarlett_mustang and @ms_virgolicious who provide sage stewardship and hours of work to tear open the fabric of reality so The ODDyssey could emerge.

Thank you to everyone who has brought us to today. The magic belongs to us all onboard.

Magically,
Erotika 🖤

With great Magic, comes even greater cuntiness.

There are two kinds of magic in the world. The kind that drains rooms with jealousy, ego, and drama. And the kind that reminds people they belong, that they're capable of more, and that there's room for every single one of us to shine.

I know which magic me and my Coven will be casting.

Every time I step into drag, I want to become a better version of myself. Kinder. Braver. Louder for the people who need someone in their corner. Because real power isn't measured by how many people you can tear down. It's measured by how many people feel stronger because you stood beside them.

Protect your peace. Celebrate each other's wins. Be the person who leaves your community brighter than you found it.

That's the kind of spell worth casting. ✨💜

Thank you @erotikadabra for entrusting me with leading your Coven through @erotikaoddyssey. We will make good on our promise and make everyone shine.

Thank you @linustudio_ for the incredible shots !!

Dear Scarlett Mustang,

You have been summoned through space and time to harness your power over producing magical shows, burlesque, and immaculate costuming, to mentor The ODDyssey through its perilous journey.

You were chosen for being someone who sees the light in others and is able to help them surface it. You lead by empowering others and believing the world is enriched by making people smile.

You believed in me when I could barely believe in myself, and the spaces you make for others to shine reflect your commitment to helping others see their potential. It is an honour to see you perform and be in your aura.

The ODDyssey exists because of your dreaming.

Welcome onboard 🪄

Magically,
Erotika 🖤
