In January 2026, Rt. Hon. Kemi Badenoch, Leader of the Conservative Party and His Majesty’s Most Loyal Opposition, said: “We stand with the Iranian people who want a secular, democratic future for Iran.”

Her words affirm a simple principle: Iran’s future belongs to its people, and their right to choose a free, democratic society deserves support.

On 20 October 2026, prisoners in 66 facilities marked the 143rd consecutive week of “No to Execution Tuesdays,” a hunger strike campaign opposing the death penalty. The campaign reported at least 72 executions since 23 September and warned that prisoners arrested during the January uprising remain at risk of death sentences and execution.

As the regime’s attention turns outward, prisoners continue to resist behind its walls. Their hunger strikes call for an end to executions and demand that the lives at risk are not forgotten. The courage of those refusing silence deserves solidarity and attention.

🚨 Manouchehr Fallah, 42, Faces Imminent Execution in Iran

Manouchehr Fallah, a political prisoner arrested during Iran’s 2022 uprising in Gilan, is at imminent risk of execution after the Islamic Republic’s Supreme Court upheld his death sentence.

A laborer who stood among those demanding freedom, he now faces the possibility of losing his life following a politically motivated trial.

His life must not be taken in silence.

We call on the international community and human rights organizations to take urgent action to stop his execution.

Stop political executions in Iran. Be his voice before it is too late.

Ebrahim Hakimi, the 25th Prime Minister of Iran, was a physician, constitutional-era statesman, and three-time prime minister. Across his public career, he served eight times as minister of education and four times as minister of finance. He helped establish a government program to send students abroad to study and secured funding for Tehran’s School of Fine Arts, which he developed with artist Kamāl-al-Molk.

On 13 May 1945, presenting his government programme to the National Consultative Assembly, Hakimi called on public figures to set aside their differences and unite to protect the country’s interests. His long service continued under His Majesty Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, including three terms as prime minister between 1944 and 1948.

From 224 to 651 CE, the Sassanid Empire stood among the greatest powers of the ancient world. From Ardashir I to Shapur I, who captured the Roman Emperor Valerian in 260 CE, the Shahanshahs of Persia defended their sovereignty against mighty empires and ambitious conquerors.

For centuries, invaders marched toward Persia seeking glory, only to face a civilization forged by strength, honour, and resilience. Dynasties rose and fell, but Persia’s legacy endured. Kings may fall, thrones may crumble, but Persia remains eternal.

🚨 Ilya Ben-Rashid, 22, Sentenced to Death in Iran

Ilya Ben-Rashid, arrested during the January 2026 protests, has been sentenced to death on charges of “moharebeh” (waging war against God).

He remains imprisoned in Isfahan’s Dastgerd Prison, facing execution under a judicial system that continues to use the death penalty against protesters.

Protesting is not a crime. The death penalty is never justice.

Raise your voice. Share his story. Demand an end to political executions in Iran.
