Baby Lionheart on the way🦁🩵Our best kept blessing this year. There was a time I thought I wouldn’t have the experience of pregnancy again. But God. He always has a plan. And I’m so thankful for the experience of carrying our baby. My little ray of sunshine. I’m beyond thankful for my husband for being by my side this entire pregnancy and making it the most peaceful experience. Our little family is growing by two little feet and two little hands. My babygirl gets to finally experience being a big sister. God really did his thing with our family. We’re all so excited for this new journey in life. Now we just patiently wait for our little baby to join the family.💙 #babylionheart #littlerayofsunshine #ourfamilyisgrowing

One on ones with coach Jay

The main goal we are targeting in this session in getting used to punching and moving while it may be simple but just view putting it into practice is a whole different beast, that makes this difficult is getting your upper and lower body to move as one while still maintaining a perfect balance boxing stance just like every in this sport it takes repetition to master this skill
