I think a part of me needed this more than I knew.

Not the certificate. Not the title.

The slowing down. The listening. The discomfort. The moments where there was nowhere to hide from myself or my thoughts.

YTT asked me to be present in ways I wasn’t used to. So many hours of learning, unlearning, growing, being uncomfortable, laughing, struggling, connecting, and choosing to show up anyway.

And somewhere between all of that, I found parts of myself I didn’t even realise I’d been looking for.

I arrived wanting a certification.

I left with a completely different relationship with myself .. and with the person looking back at me in the mirror.

Feeling softer, lighter, and with so much more love for who I am, right now.

Officially a Certified Yoga Teacher 🧘🏼✨

After so many years of practicing yoga, this year feels extra special. 🤍

Yoga has always held a very special place in my life, and becoming a certified yoga teacher was something I had wanted to do for years. But for one reason or another, the timing never felt right…until now.

This training found me exactly when I needed it, and Bali made that very clear. I came here thinking I was simply going to deepen my practice and grow as a teacher, but somewhere along the way, it became so much more than that.

I’m leaving with a deeper connection to this practice, so much gratitude for everything this experience gave me, and the feeling that somehow, this was all meant to happen exactly when it did. 🤲🏻✨
