The Drillers:
During the creation, water was an important part .
The first hand dug well mentioned in the Bible is Isaac’s water well dug by his servants and they hand dug other wells.
Then Isaac hand dug another well
One of the most important water wells later named Jacobs well, exists up until today.

Nothing has changed. Humans continue searching for this vital liquid, reaching new places where drilling is more difficult, places where the work takes longer due to the extra effort, impassable roads, heat, rain, and many other factors that are somehow left behind when water is struck and a new place has access to water.

Water wells (or sources of water) were places of great significance, representing life itself and often associated with God’s blessing, as seen in the story of Abraham and Isaac.

Those who break up the hard ground to bring forth life giving water echo the work of The Holy Spirit who breaks up the hard ground to make room for the Living water of Jesus.

Significance of Wells:

In an arid region, wells were crucial for survival, both for livestock and humans.

Wells were places where people gathered to drink water, which often led to encounters and relationships.

Wells can symbolize God’s provision, the thirst for spiritual life, or even the need to seek God.

Nothing has changed. We’re still drilling wells, even with all the limitations. We’re still searching for water.
I want to dedicate this day to all those who work hard in this sector, doing this noble work of bringing water to those who don’t have it. They’re obedient in continuing this noble task of striking that rock where abundant water will flow. We continue bringing water to those places, Hoping for a better future

Truly I tell you, anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to Me will certainly not lose their reward.

13 years ago we went to Nicaragua with a dream to share Jesus, Impact a community, drill fresh water wells and love on some kids. One of the dreams was surfboards for school. Encouraging local kids in the village to go to school and in return have access to a surfboard. Well that dream came true and now we have a Nicaraguan National surf champion and one awesome guy!!! Congrats Elton Sanchez. You’re a champion in and out of the water!

It’s hard to put into words the joy it brings to watch something that seems so basic like clean water become a reality to people who don’t have access. Something most of us take for granted. These villages in El Salvador call life or death. Thanks Simply water and CGT foundation for the investment. A few thousand people now have access to clean water. No more long walks and heavy buckets to carry in the extreme heat. #simplywater #CTG foundation. And of course Stu and the boys.

I just spent 3 days in El Salvador with these unbelievable Dudes!! They are family and theirs nothing we wouldn’t do for each other. This trip in particular drew us closer than ever. They’ve been through so much heartache and pain the last 20 days. But even in the midst of it all, they continue to serve their hearts out and put Jesus first! It would be so easy to be bitter but honestly they’ve only gotten better. I love these guys more than they will ever know and I’m a much better person because they are in my life.

12 years ago we started a non- profit called Compassion Causes to bring clean water to Central America, provide surfboards for kids who would never be able to afford one and import coffee to support mission trips.

Today 12 years later we will continue to do the great work of Compassion Causes but under our new name Liquid Impact. After 12 great years we agreed to give our name to @compassioninternational for bigger Impact for both organizations. Follow for life changing impact #liquidimpact.org @liquidimpact_

Eph 2:10 we are gods workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which he planned in advance for us. No matter where you live in the world whether you have plenty or not enough God has good plans for you. He promised to build his Church and he chose to use us his people to help build it. This week our @compassioncauses Nicaragua team lead by @sturf3 drilled another water well to provide clean water to those who don’t have access. For the first time these kids are experiencing fresh water coming from a pipe. For just a brief moment they get to splash around just like a kid whose had access to clean water his whole life:) #waterwells #liquidimpact #waterislife💧 #nicaragua
