Great to be back at LISG!
Today was the first day of our LISG Social Action/Can You Help Too club. It is our second year and we already have tons of great ideas.

Today we talked about fun facts and we brainstormed ideas for food drives.
We also made posters and flyers we posted around the school.

Thank you to SENG, the SENG board, the SENG community, and to Adam Laningham for this beautiful acknowledgment of The O’Kelley Lab by receiving the 2023 community partner award. We are so grateful to be a part of the SENG community!

O'Kelley Legends: 2e Behind the Scenes is available on Tubi, Amazon Prime, and Infobase. Keep spreading the word about the film and SENG!

Last meeting of the day. I also met with Dr. Geyer who is the Principal at my old School: The Long Island School For The Gifted in Huntington.
I gave her an update on Can You Help Too and suggested starting a new club CYHT where LISG students can help design flyers and of course collect food.
