With all of the craziness going on in the World right now, I’m choosing to shift my focus to the GOOD. Like this past weekend when @flygirlfitatl had the pleasure of celebrating my beautiful sis @sundayismymonday ONE YEAR of consistency celebration! 🎉

Camille literally took every day Brick by Brick and completed a daily workout while closing her activity rings for 365 days straight! She has been very candid and informative throughout her journey (so yeah, go follow her). In true Mille fashion she brought out so many beautiful souls to celebrate with her by working out 😝

Before the hike, we did a warm up workout and some friendly competing with a jump rope challenge, squat challenge and push up challenge. We also just had to do the electric slide like any close family would💃🏾

Camille, thanks so much for including me in this momentous occasion! I had a BALL and loved the passion and purpose behind it all. And shout out to this amazing group! Y’all were truly a vibe 💕✨👏🏾
