A iconic throw-back moment: @beyonce gracing the cover of Cosmopolitan Holland for their October 2018 issue. The stunning shot was captured by photographer Thierry Le Gouès and originally featured in Complex Magazine back in 2011. True style and star power are completely timeless.

The Ginger Martinis are unlike any other.

At Ponty Bistro, every cocktail is crafted with intention, flavor, and a touch of creativity
and our signature Ginger Martini is no exception. Smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, it has quickly become a guest favorite for those looking to elevate their dining experience.

More than just a restaurant, Ponty Bistro is a place where culture, community, and connection come together. Built by the community and supported by the community, we take pride in creating an atmosphere where friends, families, and neighbors can gather over exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, and unforgettable experiences.

Whether you’re joining us for a casual evening, a special celebration, or simply to enjoy one of our signature drinks, Ponty Bistro welcomes you to be a part of something bigger than a meal—a true community experience.

Come see why everyone is talking about the Ginger Martini. 🍸✨ #PontyBistro #CommunityDriven #HarlemDining #CocktailCulture #GingerMartini BuiltByTheCommunityForTheCommunity

My best friend Andy Verhiel walked through the gallery on our opening day celebration. It’s now three weeks later and the last week of the show but I thought by posting this video you would get an idea of the scale of my undertaking. It’s a slow reveal but everyone who’s visited has gained something from the experience. If anything it’s a window into my mind. But, more importantly this exhibition is about the visitor and what they connect with on the journey I’ve created. The gallery is open from Wed to Sunday 11am to 4pm. The last day is next Wednesday April 29th. If you haven’t been I’m planning on being around the gallery for the next couple of days. I will be the gym wearing the black nolevelon shirt.

To kick off Women’s History Month, we wanted to take a moment to spotlight one of our amazing neighbors @lisa_logan someone who continuously shows up, supports us, and brings positive energy every time she walks through our doors.

Community is built on relationships, and it’s people like you who help make places like PB Brasserie Steak House feel more like family than just a restaurant. Your ongoing support never goes unnoticed, and we truly appreciate the love you show to our space.

This month is about honoring the strength, resilience, leadership, and influence of women in our communities. From entrepreneurs and creators to mothers, leaders, and everyday inspirations — women continue to shape the culture and spirit of Harlem and beyond.

To our neighbor we’re spotlighting today, and to all the incredible women in our community — we celebrate you, we appreciate you, and we thank you.

Happy Women’s History Month. 🌹
Here’s to the women who uplift, inspire, and lead the way every single day.
