Packing up this lush commissioned piece 🌙
Unfortunately I was so excited to record this video I forgot to take any photos 😂 it was commissioned for a 30th birthday present of the moon the night of their birth. I’m obsessed! I loved doing this one 🌒

So this may come as a shock to some of you and some of you may not give a shit but posting this as there will be someone that this resonates will and it could possibly help them or someone you know.
The second picture you see is just some of the drugs I have been prescribed over the last year I have been suffering with severe depression anxiety and borderline PTSD although this has not been officially diagnosed. This is all due to things in my personal life along with incidents that I have dealt and experienced during an 18 year police career. No sympathy is needed here for me as shit happens and we have to move on but we must start to take care of ourselves and others we must take interest in the small things that can escalate into bigger problems.
I was the last one to know that I was having mental health problems even though people close to me were showing there concerns. I also thought I was strong enough just to keep going pushing harder at the gym working 80 plus hours aweek going without sleep for 3/4 days just to be able to fit everything in and not deal with the concerns and issues Infront of my face. Please can everyone reading this look withing and be honest to yourself get help or at least tell someone your struggling. If you know someone who is struggling or suspect they are be there for them.
Things do get better.pos
