Flexin’ on a Friday with our guy, Mitchy Mitch aka @mac_7823 😎

After a week of 40 push ups, 40 squats, 40 sit ups, 4 extra 3 minute rounds on the heavy bags before and after class, and 9 MITTS classes since 10/1, Mitchy Mitch is down 4 lbs in 2 weeks 🙌🏽

Mannn Mitch, we’re all so proud of you bro. Those 4lbs in just 2 weeks are huge, and that’s why today’s post is dedicated to you 🫡

“Can’t wait until I’m down 20lbs while developing better boxing skills!” - @mac_7823 💪🏽

Safe to say we’re making somebody’s Friday a happy one @mayweatherfitoviedo 👏🏽👏🏽

We were blessed with the opportunity to partner with our girl @_mirax06 @orangecountyacademy & their local boys and girls club with Soles and Stories by donating gently used shoes & books suitable for kids and young adults in their community 👟📚

We want to give a big shout out and thank you to the members who donated any shoes and/or books 🙏🏽

And thank you again @_mirax06 for the opportunity to help 🫶🏽
