I’m so grateful to my students! I was teaching this class and I had a moment. I noticed how stunning and beautiful all the yogis were in the room. It is an honor that y’all trust me to help you achieve your body goals. I see y’all taking your after class selfies with your beautiful confidence. I’m older than many in the photo and it gives me so much joy to see you dancing and vibing out to playlists. Thank you for making my flows look like a stunning dance. I’m so grateful to those that consistently show up for the practice and you inspire me to keep pushing the creative envelope. Happy Thanksgiving to all in my squad!

Cut the cake, ate the cake, danced with momma, danced with Ralphie, partied the night away and escaped alongside the Pacific Coast Highway…

Happily ever after ✌🏼

The weekend started with family, friends, speeches, prayers, tears, cheers, topo chico (cake), and one particularly beautiful girl… not much changed 👀

What sets @blackswanyogahouston apart from any other studio / workout place is community!

I truly have the most incredible students so much that I call many of y’all my friends.

This Friday come to the 4pm white oak and flow. Bring a change of clothes and let’s head over to EZ Liquor Lounge around 5:30. You can go sooner but that’s when I’ll be there. I’ve found my friends that support me on the mat; turns out we have a lot in common.

Tagging those who better get their booties there. #community #yogasquad #bsy

Yoga is for every body but not for everybody. It’s for anybody… anybody who can use more wealth and health. Health is wealth and yoga shows the way. Quoting great yoga teachers of past, present and future… AUM
