You can be that girl... but I'm literally the bar...

No it ain't a coincidence. It's me. In HS I dreamt of having a menu item named after me didn't know how or why it would be lmao but fast forward to today and my baby @dante.jones.detroit made that dream a reality with a drink named after yours truly at Willow Detroit. A black owned speak easy located beneath @savannahbluedet downtown. It's zesty, well balanced and a lil spicy like ya girl. Go try it out for yourself and show my babies Dante and @lisacarielle some love. #blackowned #ootn #THEHALIMAH #imthebar #willowdetroit #artist #motn #melaninmonroe #blackgirlmagic #downtowndetroit

In this line of work, you can only go as far as your team can. I'm beyond proud to not only be apart of a phenomenal team, but to have them as partners as well. Big love to my partners and co-owners of @blackonbothsidesdetroit @lisacarielle @the_detroit_liaison

That love is also extended to one of best chefs coming back to the city @bffoodandbev He's coming off a cross-national food pop-up tour with @out_inthefield which hosted the very best culinary minds in the country! Also to @ladyluff and @detroitfreepress for highlighting not only us but but 12 if the very best pop-ups doing the damn ting in Detroit.

The best is yet to come! 💪🏿
