PINK-OUT FOR BATTLE CANCER: This Saturday, F45s around the world are bringing back a special class - Battle Cancer. This class highlights the importance of a team effort, just like it will take a worldwide effort to reach a day when we find cures for all types of cancer. Please join us in your pink-est workout attire during all classes this Saturday; we can’t wait to work out with you! (And just in case you didn’t know…you can ALWAYS sit with us.)

F45EDC DOES A 5K: Studio members and coaches gathered at Freedom Plaza on a chilly Saturday morning to run the @childrensnational Race for Every Child 5K. We’re so proud of the participants from our studio team—and it was so fun to run into even more studio members on the course!

F45 Edgewood DC’s team was organized to honor the members of our studio who work tirelessly to help the patients who receive treatment/services at Children’s every day. We are so grateful for you and the work you do; thank you for being a part of and giving your all to our studio community and the greater DC community!

we came, we saw, we conquered our first doubles hyrox!!

what’s a couple months of training (5 of them things, to be exact) compared to 1 hour and 19 minutes of hard work? NOTHING.

so proud of @nonchalisa and I! no time goals, just vibes… and somehow a SUB 1:20!!!

LET’S DO IT AGAIN SOON, PLS 💞

HYROX DC: It’s time to race, F45 Edgewood DC! We’ve got almost 50 people representing our studio over the next 5 days and we are SO proud of the hard work they’ve put in over the past several months so they would feel competition ready. We can’t wait to watch you crush it—leave it all on the convention center floor!

If you have questions about spectator tickets, send us a DM—our team would love to have your support! You can also leave messages for the team below.
