Mo has been an INSTRUCTOR for many years and has held leadership positions at her former studios. We are very excited to have her not only as part of this team, but now as a leader at the studio.

Life update: 🫶🏼 For 11 years, I’ve held the title of fitness coach.

And on October 1st, I’ll teach my last class.

Over those 11 years, this role has taken me across 20+ states. I’ve trained thousands of instructors, helped coaches find their voice on the podium, and connected with thousands of humans in my own classes across three different states — rebuilding a community everywhere life landed me.

I take a lot of pride in the instructor I became because, to me, it was never just about a workout.

It was about creating a room that mirrored your strength back to you. A place where we could work on ourselves individually and, by default, elevate everyone around us.

Somehow, I got to combine my obsession with music and my belief in becoming the fullest versions of ourselves into a career.

And I never took a single class for granted. You trusted me with your time, your mind, your body and your energy — and I hope you always felt how much that meant to me.

I knew there would eventually be a day when this identity would retire.

In October, I’m moving to California and stepping away from coaching as I begin a completely new chapter.

To every person who has ever taken my class: thank you for trusting me with a small piece of your story.

And to CycleBar + Transform, thank you for giving me a home when I needed one most. 🤍

We have the entire month of September to celebrate.

Last ride + climb: 10.01.

Here’s to closing beautiful doors and trusting what’s waiting on the other side.
