Apparently, a whole lot more than yoga. 😂

I’m still feeling zen from my first yoga retreat with @stlyogacollective at @campmanitowa this past weekend. The instructors, vendors, and staff poured so much into this experience - I’m so glad I said “YES” when it would have been so easy to say “NO”.

I came home with a sore body, a clearer mind and a very full heart. 🤍

And how special that a portion of the proceeds were donated to @campindigopoint !
