@lmmbakingco Part 1: Strobe
A crisp, hard light designed to separate the detail in primarily white subjects, with a semi lighting tree & mostly passive fill.

Lisa’s cakes are truly the most gorgeous labor intensive works of art. What a privilege to photograph the launch of her wedding cakes!! She’s now making tasting boxes, so if you have a local celebration coming up, reach out to @lmmbakingco !!

Shot in location in Gowanus.

The baker and her bakes 👩🏼‍🍳

I had the honor and pleasure, once again, to shoot some of my cakes with my fiercely talented friend @kathrynmichael with the assist from the amazing @kenziekingphoto. Stay tuned…wedding cakes loading… 🎂

Another shout out to @saraalfieri in the role of “Marie Antoinette’s servant” (as she named herself) for helping me with every odd task that popped up. 🙏
