Took a much needed couples escape at @villaalba_srilanka. And man what an experience it truly was. The scenery, the place, the staff, the food, everything felt like a dream. The romantic candlelight dinner and couples massage therapy really was a soothing mental reset and a reminder that life is much more serene than we make it to be. Thank you Villa Alba for the amazing experience ❤️

These past couple of months have been an absolute rollercoaster. It has challenged me in every aspect of my life, but I am so grateful for the people that have had my back and have loved me throughout this entire process. Truly blessed to have a life like this🫶🏽
All glory to god.

Join us this August for Contemporary Embodied Practice in Dance, a weekly class facilitated by Lisara Gallage. ✨

Lisara began her contemporary embodied movement practice at MeshGround and was also part of our 3Ps: Performance Pedagogical Pathways programme. She is currently continuing her dance studies at the PERA School of Performing Arts, Girne American University, Cyprus.

Drawing on her ongoing training, Lisara will share contemporary movement practices while continuing to develop her own teaching practice in dialogue with the local context. We are delighted to support her continued growth as a dancer, artist and teacher, and to welcome her back to contribute to the Mesh Ground community.

Together, you'll explore contemporary movement through embodied practice, grounded floorwork, and improvisation, developing technical skills alongside creativity, body awareness, and curiosity.

✨ All levels welcome

📍 Kamatha, BMICH & Royal MAS Arena
