How many strength classes should you be doing each week? 💪

Lisa’s answer? Aim for 3!

Strength training is one of the best investments we can make in our long-term health, especially as we move through our 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.

We’re talking stronger muscles, healthier bones, better balance and feeling capable in our bodies for years to come.

And remember, consistency beats perfection. If you’re currently doing one class a week, that’s a great place to start. Build from there!

Strong now. Strong for life. ❤️

What a day! 🥹💗

We had an absolute blast hosting our very first Women’s Wellness Day on Sunday!

A beautiful day bringing women together to move, learn, connect and have some fun. From conversations around women’s health, bone density, nutrition and strength training to intentional Reformer classes, we covered a little bit of everything!

Such an incredible turnout, and we loved seeing so many of you come together, ask questions, share experiences and enjoy a well-deserved girls’ day.

Thank you to every single one of you who joined us and made our first Ladies day so special. Here’s to many more! 🫶✨
