Got Mommy Issues? For this year’s SF Lit Crawl, I’m joining this crew of wonderful writers for an evening of readings about sad moms, bad moms, no moms, overachieving moms, New Age moms, and all the moms in between. You’ll get to hear my first ever live reading from my forthcoming memoir, HOLY MOTHER! Plus, our host @tanyazilinskas will have mom-related trivia and prizes 👀

I never properly honored and memorialized these incredible artists for an event in Stockholm in 2024. @vaginaldavis_official Universitet for the Damaged and the Gifted which brought out L.A. family to celebrate Ms. Davis’ incredible show Magnificent Product featuring her visual art, sculpture, installation and video across 5 museum and gallery spaces. The Divine @lisateas performance reading of Black Monster of the Warrior Species, the Human Race which included a video I was honored to collaborate on.
Maestro @ronathey_4 performed his fantastic Willendorf. Dear, wonderful artist @highersensestudio our dear friend and brilliant writer/professor @amelia.jones.la1987 and fab photographer @hectormartinezphotographer all participated in the event.

Curated by the wonderful Hendrik Folkerts.
