Healing 101~puttin’ myself back out there. ✨ ✨ Trying to get more comfy posting myself on IG and the social networks again. There was a time that I loved the likes, that I needed attention that I wasn’t able to give myself (for many reasons I won’t get into now.) When the journey is one of true self growth, self love and authenticity, the universe likes to keep giving you the same situations until you get it right. Trusting yourself, finding self worth and self ♥️, to be clear. The growth that I’ve experienced in the last few years has been nothing short of profound. I’ve been absolutely depressed, humiliated, knocked down and pawing at the surface for quite some time. ✨ Three angels found me @willowandstonemv @triciabennettxo @lisatveitcottrell and helped me to grow my wings again. I am forever humbled. Beyond blessed. Sooooo, this is the first of many posts of me, doing yoga again! 👋🏽 ✨ I will begin to steer a bit more toward the educational components and breakdown of poses, now that I’ve figure out (kinda) how all this new tech works. Thank you @jason_steven_kettle for answering all my annoying questions-and guiding me along this old (but new) outlet. Stay tuned hotties, and if you have any postures you’ve been werkin’ but haven’t quite gotten the “ah-ha” moment yet, DM me and I’ll break it down for you on our feed. 💫 Thank you to ALL of my angels and to the universe for not giving up on me, while I stumble, fall and STAND again. 🌟 🌕 #hotyoga #solboutiquefitness #hotyogamv #imcominghome #home #yoga #homeiswhereyourhotis #marthasvineyard #herewego #greatergoodofall ##hymvtt2020 #♥️

Thank you for showing up last night! What a wonderful healing spirit here on this Island. Missing my older felt bike back home as I tour around on this rental in solitude thinking about next steps and moving forward. Cycling is somewhat new to me and there are many parallels with the sport and the PIVOT curriculum. Like you- I am still learning and willing to grow- so thank you for your vulnerability and transparency last night! 💜 Looking forward to returning!
