Introducing: the Porsche cookbook – a culinary journey through the Netherlands.

Whereas a lot of premium foods are imported from across the border, Dutch agriculture produces some of the finest ingredients – found in beautiful landscapes, and: often sold right next to roads.

Eight local, nearly all #Michelin-starred chefs curated ingredients from their home regions and composed a total of sixteen recipes. Team Porsche selected the best roads and routes to drive and pick up the goods. All that’s left: driving, cooking and tasting.

How is it already February, and I’m just now sharing photos from New Year’s now? 🙈🤦‍♀️🤪 Better late than never I guess 😂

To be honest, since Nana’s passing… Posting here hasn’t felt the same. But I’ve been quietly enjoying and feeling inspired by the photos you’ve been sharing with me of Nana’s recipes! I’m excited to share some of them on here soon too! 🥰😘

Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, and sometimes we need to step back, fill our own cups, and take care of ourselves before we can show up for others. That’s where I’ve been lately, taking time to heal and reflect. 💜🧁☕️

These snaps are from New Year’s Eve, which was also the last time I saw Nana and heard her voice. We FaceTimed that evening, Nana told me that my top was so shiny, that it hurt her eyes 😂🥹 we shared some sweet words and wished each other that last Happy New Year ever, I’m so grateful for that call with her ❤️✨🥰 (thanks Jane, for setting that up)

For our New Year’s celebration, we had a potluck dinner with friends. Our friends truly outdid themselves with the setup, with so much love gone into every detail.

For dessert we made Nana’s Louise Slice, but we turned it into a cake, topped with whipped cream and fresh raspberries! 😋🍓

We baked the cakes at a friend’s house in Delft, in the south of the Netherlands, before embarking on a little journey to Amsterdam. After a car ride, some walking, a train ride, a tram ride, and an Uber, we made it to our destination with the cakes in one piece - there was only one close call along the way 😂
