Member Spotlight Kaitlin ❤️🔥 What an incredible journey you've had so far!! We can't wait to see you get married. 👰‍♀💑 "I joined f45 back in September last year, and it has changed my life!! I have become so much more confident and excited about working out! Ray and the team are amazing and make the hard classes so much fun!! I just finished my 3rd challenge and can’t wait for the next. The trainers give such good advice and have helped me in my weight loss journey and encouraged and supported me the whole way through. I Couldn’t recommend this place enough !!!!" 💪🏽❤️

One of the most overlooked areas to upgrade your physical and mental performance is simply getting a good night’s sleep😴 Too often, we sacrifice sleep to cram more into our day. With a healthy sleep routine, you provide your body with the opportunity to repair damaged tissue and to synthesise proteins, both of which are vital functions for a healthy body. 💪🏽💯 These restorative functions also modulate your energy levels and mood, which in turn affect everything from hormone levels and regulating stress to balancing your appetite and metabolism. ✅️Aiming to achieve 6-8 hrs a night ✅️Establish a regular sleeping pattern are recommended for optimal physical and mental performance and recovery. Do you rest & recover enough ??
