“Though this be madness, yet there is method in it.”

The second edition of the October Theatre Fest. An attempt to bring Chennai audiences back to the theatre, keeping economics and practicality aside. Marginal improvement from the last edition, and the most delightful audiences, but still some ways to go. We will be back next October. To an even warmer welcome, one hopes. Ask those who did show up. They’ll tell you it’s worth it. (Or watch this video to see what you missed.)

WHAT A WAY TO CLOSE OCTOBER THEATRE FEST 2026!

Sunday night brought the final curtain call of this year’s festival with Dekh Behan 2. From the beautifully designed set and vibrant production to the powerful performances, every element came together to create a memorable evening.

The incredible turnout, laughter, applause, and energy from the audience made the final show truly special. ❤️

A huge thank you to the entire cast and crew of Dekh Behan 2 for bringing this wonderful production to our stage, and to our audience for being with us right till the very end.

And just like that, the curtains close on the 2026 edition of October Theatre Fest.

Thank you, Chennai. See you next year 🎭

Chennai in 24 hours 🤍

Exhausting, tiring, chaotic but the BEST kind of 24 hours! ✨
Did what I love most- performed on stage, got the most magical & mystical blessings at Kapaleeshwarar Temple, had the most amazing cheese platter from @thefarmchennai and had a great time with my team❤️❤️❤️

24 hours well spent. 🫶🏻
