Touring is such an interesting, yet rad concept. You get to go all over the place with some of your best friends, with one job in mind. Which is to play the best rock show you can absolutely play! Then, shake hands and kiss babies until you pack up, drive away and do it all again the next day. The main job is to crush the rock show and that portion is literally only 30-45 minutes of each 24 hour day. Of course, there’s the drive, setting up, breaking down and again, shaking hands and kissing babies. But, it’s all centered around the one main thing. The rock show! It’s all such a gift and I feel so very blessed to do what we do, how we do it and who we do it with. This past tour with @barbariansofca & @squintstl was an epic one! Made some new friends, got to see some old friends and family and played a bunch of rad shows! Here’s a tour dump of some rad photos with some rad people! All of the good photos were taken by @wucheyneclan as well as Photo 3 was taken by @katarzynacepek all of the rest of the photos were taken by whichever homie was closest at the time 🤣 Gratitude to all of you that came out to the shows and supported @armedforapocalypse Gratitude to all of you that bought merch and said what’s up to us at the merch table! Gratitude for your couches, spare rooms, extra beds, pillows and blankets and snacks! It all means the world to us! Thank you! Love & gratitude!

Let’s give a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the one and only @cayleforapocalypse Cayle and Nick are the two founding members of Armed For Apocalypse and although Cayle may not tour regularly with AFA, without the “Cayle Hunter filter,” AFA is not AFA. Cayle is not only a riff writing master and rad recording engineer, he’s also one of the best friends anyone could ever have! He’s one of the funnest and funniest humans out there! Plus, he’s got a heart of gold! He’ll always give it to you straight, even when it might be hard for him to do so. Cayle is a real friend! And one of the best at that! Cayle has always been a great bandmate and dear friend, but he’s also an incredible dad and husband to his wife and two daughters! You might not have seen him on a recent tour, but he’s always with us! We always say, “Cayle’s seat is waiting for him in the van for when the time is right.” If that day comes next tour, or in a few years. Doesn’t matter! Cayle completes AFA! We love you, Cayle Hunter!
