September, you were one for the books. ❤️

From Dallas to Chicago, Arizona, and a few stops in between, this month was filled with travel, laughter, new experiences, and some truly special moments.

I’m grateful for the time spent with friends, colleagues, and of course, my favorite sidekick, Gucci. 🐾

So many memories packed into one amazing month, and honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Thank you, September, for the memories. ✈️❤️🐶

Life rarely unfolds according to our plans. The moments we never expected often become the ones that shape us the most. What if purpose isn't waiting in the distant future, but is already unfolding in the ordinary moments right now? My new book, Embrace Your Dash is an invitation to grow through life's unexpected turns, live with intention, and create a legacy through the choices we make every day.

Watch the trailer. Now available July 1st through Amazon.

Those were some of the most formative years of my life. While teaching me how to make her famous southern potato salad, my mom was really teaching me about people, resilience, and life itself. Those lessons, learned in a humble kitchen, have guided me ever since. Like & follow for our daily excerpt from the book, Embrace Your Dash.

Hangin with a few of my favorite people last night. Birthday wishes from my honeybuns Melvin:
“May your life be filled with wonderful people and quiet confidence that comes from knowing who you are.
Today is about celebrating you, but I want you to know that you’re already a gift. Your heart and your enduring spirit makes life better just by being you.” Shut me up for a change! ☺️

Fear and Choice: Fear rarely says "stop." It says "wait." And while you wait, opportunities age, courage fades, and the moment quietly moves on. #personalstory #writingcommunity

What decision has Fear been delaying in your life right now?

I came of age in a time of change and shaped by upheaval. What I had to learn the long way is that purpose often whispers long before it yells! @quicksr.melvin

2025, you were full. Full of movement, meaning, and moments I will carry with me.

Another year older and I say that proudly. With more clarity, more confidence, and more gratitude for the life I continue to build. Growth does not always happen loudly, but it always leaves its mark.

This year took me across the map for both work and joy. Hawai’i, Chicago, Orange County, Los Angeles, Minnesota, Seattle, Denver, San Diego, Palm Springs and so many more places in between. Airports, meetings, sunsets, laughter, quiet reflections, and meaningful conversations. Each trip added perspective, balance, and appreciation for how far I have come.

And at the center of it all was my heart, my child, my constant. Gucci Gulati turned four this year. Four years of unconditional love, grounding moments, pure joy, and reminders of what truly matters. Every adventure was better with him by my side. Watching him grow alongside me has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

This year was also shaped by the people around me. Friends who showed up, family who anchored me, colleagues who inspired me, mentors who challenged me, and clients who trusted me. I am deeply grateful for every connection, every shared laugh, every lesson, and every memory created together.

Gratitude. Growth. Love. Laughter. Memories.
These are the things I am carrying forward.

Here’s to honoring where we’ve been, celebrating who we are becoming, and stepping into the next year with intention, openness, and heart.
