Ever wonder what a lifting session at RYPT actually looks like?

It’s more than just showing up and lifting weights. Every movement has a purpose, and every athlete gets coached.

From explaining and demonstrating each exercise to correcting technique and providing real-time feedback, our coaches are there every step of the way.

We don’t just tell athletes what to do. We teach them HOW and WHY they’re doing it, helping them build strength, confidence, and proper movement habits that translate beyond the weight room.

Because at RYPT, it’s not just about putting in the work. It’s about doing the work the right way.

YOU CAN’T SKIP THE FOUNDATION. 🧱

Everyone wants the advanced stuff.

More speed. More strength. More power. More explosiveness.

But before we can build any of that, athletes have to learn how to move well first.

That’s why I love Phase 1 of the RYPT program.

We teach the fundamentals. Sprinting. Jumping. Landing. Changing direction. Body control. The things that may not always look flashy but make everything that comes next possible.

After doing this for a long time, one thing I know for sure:

The basics never stop mattering.

You want to get to the advanced stuff?

Earn the right. Build the foundation. Then we build. 💪🏽

THIS IS HOW YOU BUILD. 📈

Looking back at this video from the spring, it’s awesome to see how much stronger our athletes have gotten.

But that progress didn’t happen from one great workout.

It came from showing up. Being consistent. Stacking days.

Now we’re into the fall, and it’s time to keep building.

Because when winter season hits, the goal isn’t just to be ready…

It’s to be on a completely different level.

Keep showing up. Keep stacking days. 💪🏽🏀
