When the objects were lifted away, they left behind their trace.

The spaces in between these marks are not empty.

They represent all the other lived experiences that helped shape us, but didnt leave a visible trace.

The use of gold paint is intentional⭐️

The colour honours the value of everything that lives quietly in those spaces.

Even though there were hundreds of possible combinations, no two choices were the same.🔎

What makes an object feel ordinary to one person and impossible to leave behind for another?🤔

Thank you @nuraya.society for bringing together such a soulful community last weekend, and to everyone who participated in: What Remains~The Shape Of A Memory.
