Paralelos Vol. II

Meet Andrés Osuna, the fourth artist in our “Fresco x FHAS” residency.

Architect and designer from Guadalajara, his practice reveals the poetic potential of natural materials through handcrafted objects and collaborative processes. Guided by imperfection, ancestral knowledge, and material honesty, Andrés shapes a dialogue between earth and form.

Through his studio, Litho, he explores the tactile language of materials like chukum, stone, wood, and metal.

Here’s a glimpse into his process.

From the first strokes on canvas to the final exhibition night, the Fresco x Four Hands Art Residency at Candela unfolded as a journey of creation, connection, and expression.

Artists immersed themselves in the rhythms of Tulum, its nature, culture, and community, bringing to life works that now carry a piece of this place within them.

We are grateful to all who joined us in celebrating this first edition, and to the artists whose vision made it truly meaningful.
