it was an honor and a joy to play dress-up and model for the camera of my dear friend and co-conspirator, the inimitable creative force @little__obsessions !! ✨️ Mara designed and painted those spooky backdrops (and my eyebrows) and spent a delightful evening draping me in various sparkly fabrics. a dream! I loved it! one of the photos from this weird awesome 1920s-inspired surrealist shoot is featured on the poster for @clinton_street_theater 's upcoming Weimar Republic film series ✨️ thanks Mara! thanks Clinton! can't wait to make more weird art!

THIS NOVEMBER @clinton_street_theater !!!

We're still knee-deep in spooky season, but it's time to announce our November series—Weimar Germany: Queer Visions.

Curated by @kingvidiot & @churchoffilm these films are set between a haunted past and an uncertain future, born from a world that was both liberating and extremely fragile.

Limited number of discount passes to see all the films available while supplies last.

This Sunday we have two very important musical acts on the bill with Sounds from Planet IE residency at Berlin. Its our honor to present LXD, fellow DND performers whom we recently reconnected with at very special MASS organized by Zak Sally. Little Obsessions is Mara’s solo work, composed on a yamaha keyboard will satisfy all your lofi needs for aching, fully present songs. Shes currently found freaking on the streets of Portland, OR. Brought to us in part by Minneapolis’ Jason Edmonds of Magic Castles.

WHOA!!! We are verrry excited to announce that we're teaming up with our friend & hero JELLO BIAFRA and his legendary @alternativetentacles label to release our upcoming 7" record entitled The "Friends" 45!! It's our debut release on AT (a co-release with our own @manderstink's awesome @nadinerecords!), and we're incredibly honored to be in the company of sooo many killer artists on this fucking amazing label! We met Jello a while back through our great friends in @victims_family, and he appeared in the epic video for our song 'The Maker' last year as well! We're forever grateful to our artist and design friends @hebrew_nugget & @voprah_minhfrey for their contributions, as well as Larry Crane for recording us @jackpotrecording, & @stephanhawkes for mixing/mastering! We're super proud of this 7", which will be in stores everywhere on FRIDAY THE 13TH of NOVEMBER! Pre-orders are open for this as of right NOW at both the Alternative Tentacles and Nadine Records stores! Link above, and links are also in our bio!!!

Luv ya!!!
