After 7 months of prep it comes to an end (for now). Here is a recap of prep 2026. Just want to say a huge thank you and I can’t thank you enough. To my wife @little_bee06 for putting up with me and being my biggest supporter/fan. I can’t tell you how much you mean to me and how much I appreciate you!!!! I’m so lucky to have you by my side, and for helping me meal pep when I was not able to. Can’t wait to get back to enjoying life with you. Also a huge thank you to my coach/ friend @ifbb_pro_kevin_ford . I can’t thank you enough for being there and helping me through prep and always being available. Also want to thank all my family and friends for being very supportive!! I’m very thankful I have all of you in my corner, especially when prep got very hard. And just like that we are done with competing for a while, time to enjoy life and back to the drawing board to get better and improve where work needs to be done. Can’t wait to get better and better at this sport that I love!!!!

Just want to take the time to thank everyone who came to support me this past weekend my family and friends!!!! ESPECIALLY my wife @little_bee06 I know it’s been a long prep and I know I can always count on her to be there for me even when it gets hard and I’m crabby and hungry lol. Also want to thank my coach/friend @ifbb_pro_kevin_ford I know I can always count on him and we are not done yet. We still got work to do, so back to the drawing board we go!!! With that being said, stay tuned for part dos !!!

Just want to take a minute to say happy birthday/happy anniversary to the most important person in my life , to my best friend and to the most amazing woman i know and mostly to my WIFE !!!! Words can't describe how much you mean to me and how thankful I am to have you in my life !!! You are beyond perfect!!! I can't thank God enough for putting you in my life and making me the luckiest guy. Can't wait to make more memories and enjoy life with you. I know we have so much more to experience and so many more memories to make!!! I can't see myself doing it with anyone else but you!!!!! 1095 days with this diamond of a girl💎. I'm so lucky to have you by my side from perps for my shows to spending $60 at tacobell at 11pm!! I could not imagine spending my life with anyone else !!!
