Testing volume. Cancer Comeback Lifting Ep. 2. At the one and only East Coast Iron Gym @eastcoastirongym

Hiring LittleBeastM @littlebeastm as a coach during chemotherapy until surgery. Maybe even more time after.

LittleBeastM to me is the Eric Lilliebridge @ericlilliebridge of calisthenics. Eric Lilliebridge was the one lifter I was chasing the most out of many because he was the strongest of that era.

Just as LittleBeastM was the strongest at calisthenics at the era.

Strongest at Handstand pushups and planche pushups at a heavy bodyweight.

Even did one arm pullups and front lever pullups and 90 degree pushups.

Both Eric Lilliebridge and LittleBeastM were insanely jacked and around my age. I spent most of my career chasing them and I was far away from both. Both of them gave me something great to shoot for and I made it more or less 80% there naturally. Maybe 67% to be modest.

I am a strength coach who is great at what I do.

Even coaches hire coaches.

Learn from those better than them to become the best and even learn how to coach better.

Every teacher had a teacher.

Every child had parents or lack of sadly.

Keep it simple, quality over quantity. Make sure you follow @littlebeastm and try his killer hybrid workouts. I was stuck on calisthenics until I started hybrid training, treat yourself don’t cheat yourself. Let’s get that money! #healthiswealth #movementismedicine #movement

Some of these exercises actually took me 1.5 years, some of them even less like a few months.

This is what consistency looks like, it wasn’t easy and it was full of setbacks and minor injuries that I had to work around and still working around.

This 1.5 years progress came directly after I recovered from an injury in my shoulders that took me out for 4 months, so I had a small base like some bodyweight pull ups and dips, so it wasn’t from the complete bottom.

Follow for the next 1.5 years progress.

Shoutout to my coach for his amazing programming @littlebeastm
