Nutmeg Nor’Easter 2026. Thank you @ultraromance and @badd_buddhist for a great weekend of camping and cycling! And thanks to the wonderful crew who kept us fed, the @deerlakeoutdoors staff for hosting us, all the amazing people I met who were so welcoming to this nutmeg newbie, and especially to @k.j.atkins for holding down the fort and encouraging me to head out for a little autumnal adventure!

dear everyone, hello i’m mo and i make music and BLESSINGS IS OUT NOVEMBER 13 and here’s my news:

1. i’m playing a few super cool shows soon, all little stops on my little music journey :) lately i’ve been appreciating learning something new about myself every time i perform, & that none of these gigs are ever the same. join me for part of the madness (and if you can only come to one, puhLEASE come to my single release show november 20!)

*edit* - 10/31 brown’s harvest is at 12:00 pm in windsor ct! (i was sleep deprived making this)

2. blessings - my next song - will be out on bandcamp for sure on november 13, and hopefully out on streaming services of your choosing on that date too. i didn’t know how hard doing most of this by myself would be when i started making music years ago, and tbh i’ve been facing outrageous wait times with my current distributor. but that’s okay! we live and we learn and we say oh well and, well, also tbh i’ve been sitting on this song for a long time (i wrote it in 2022) so what’s a few more days maybe? we’ll see what happens. it’s up to the universe.

in the meantime i’ll be practicing songs about zombies and vampires for halloweekend, which is fitting. — in this current moment of my life i feel like some things dormant and half dead have been stirring within me, and i gotta revive some, and then kill some. and change and grow. and take care of myself and do my laundry like everyone else.

When this community comes together, it’s always the greatest party in the world 🌏

Dancing, laughing, eating and playing- all while enjoying each other’s company in this little corner of CT.
