[Semi] normal people doing extraordinary things inspire me. @littlelowey is a pretty special person who is currently walking from Liverpool to John o’ Groats to raise money for the charity @movingsensescio. If anyone is heading North from Tomatin and see’s someone walking and probably talking to sheep - give him a toot and a wave. It will brighten up his day. Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that have the biggest impact.

Week 4 into our summer provision, no funding, no big outdoor area due to still not having a secure fence, but our kids have still had an amazing time. 🥰

⁣He’s‎ taking‎ on‎ a‎ 480-mile‎ unsupported‎ walk‎ from‎ Liverpool‎ to‎ John‎ O’Groats‎ to‎ raise‎ funds‎ for‎ Moving‎ Senses‎ –‎ a‎ Liverpool‎ group‎ supporting‎ young‎ people‎ with‎ special‎ educational‎ needs‎ and‎ disabilities.

⁣The‎ challenge‎ is‎ for‎ his‎ friends’‎ 9-year-old‎ son‎ Callum,‎ who‎ has‎ non-verbal‎ autism,‎ ADHD‎ and‎ focal‎ epilepsy.‎ Moving‎ Senses‎ gives‎ kids‎ like‎ Callum‎ a‎ safe‎ space‎ to‎ play,‎ make‎ friends‎ and‎ build‎ skills,‎ while‎ giving‎ parents‎ vital‎ respite.‎ They‎ currently‎ hire‎ venues‎ and‎ don’t‎ have‎ their‎ own‎ building,‎ so‎ every‎ donation‎ helps‎ more‎ families.
