Women's jiu jitsu isn't just a space to learn self defence or to prep for a competition.

Women's jiu jitsu is a space to somatically rewrite the trauma patterns you've carried down from generations of women who were never granted the opportunity to know their physical power - to tap into the well of power that lies dormant.

Yes, my work calls athletes into their ownership of Champion status and that is only the cherry on top.
My work has women knows themselves: their inherent power, their capacity and their depths, without denial.

We're rising. 🦅

Women’s jiu-jitsu is growing and I’m so glad to be a part of it 🥋💜

Once a month I get to coach a room full of women who want more from their jiu-jitsu.

More intensity.
More confidence.
More growth.

We train hard… and we laugh a lot along the way.

Because the best jiu-jitsu happens when you’re enjoying the grind 🙌

All belts. All levels. Just growth.

Next class: Sunday, 12 April

Who's coming? 😍

Coaching holds such a dear place in my heart now 💜 I've been helping these women, but these women have no idea how much they have also been helping me 🫶

Everyone is welcome! Come try for yourself!

✨ MATCH UP ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

Next up to be announced on our prelim card, TOA’s @littlepaper.plane takes on @jjacina in this mixed belt match. Lily returns to the Artemis match after taking home the win in her first appearance on Volume 1. Since then, she’s received her well deserved blue belt and is ready to face the fierce Jacina Te Rito who’s making the trip from Victor Harbour to make her Artemis debut.

Who do you think is going to go home with the medal this time? 🥇

CLIENT RESULTS - LILY COOPER ❤️‍🔥💪🏻

BEFORE VS NOW

Words can’t describe how proud I am of my beautiful client Lily @littlepaper.plane

Lily started working with me at the very start of my coaching business and was actually my first client.
She came to me with the goal of losing weight and building her strength and confidence before her holiday, and I’m so grateful that she put her trust in me to be her coach for this journey.

Since working together, Lily has lost over 10kg and has become incredibly strong, lifting with some of the best form I’ve seen. 🔥

These photos show Lily’s starting point and what she looks like currently. Her current check in photos were taken both after the dieting phase and her holiday where she ate intuitively and enjoyed flexibility.
Not only did Lily achieve her goal, but she maintained her incredible results proving that using a sustainable approach and staying consistent will lead to long-term success.

Lily you are an incredible client and I’m so happy to have you on the team! I can’t wait to see what you achieve in the next couple of months. Well done 👏🏼
