☀️Become a certified Lagree instructor in LA☀️🌴

So looking forward to this Lagree Level 1 Certification training with the amazing Coco, my longtime friend, Master Trainer and owner of @live.lagree in Brentwood and on the USC campus. It’s coming quick, in early December!

We have such a great community within Lagree Fitness, and collaborating is one of my favorite things to do. Especially with a talented friend like Coco, who is probably cringing reading this because she’s wayyyyy too humble.😍

It’s fun because Coco and I each bring something different, and it all clicks when we work together. Between us, we’ve got anatomy, Pilates, biomechanics, movement and personal training, plus years of teaching Lagree around LA and OC and teaching great people how to be great Lagree trainers.

So here’s what you get: a Senior Master Trainer (me) and a Master Trainer + two-time studio owner (Coco) in one awesome weekend! PLUS…

✔️ How to cue verbally, visually and hands-on, so you sound legit from the get-go
✔️ Anatomy for Lagree: connecting mind to muscle to movement in every class
✔️ How to safely modify for injuries, pre- and post-natal, lack of strength and even fear, so every body feels included, not singled out
✔️ Extra time AFTER the weekend on the machine and on the mic. Audition prep, wahoo!
✔️ 5 free classes at Live Lagree + 5 classes to observe
✔️ Full Lagree Academy access and a path to advanced courses. Welcome to the Lagree fam, gang!

📅 Fri., Dec. 4: 11 a.m.–5 p.m. (includes a 1-hour class shadow)
Sat., Dec. 5 + Sun., Dec. 6: 12–9 p.m.

📍 Live Lagree Brentwood, 141 S. Barrington Place, Los Angeles

💲 $2,250 through Nov. 6, then $2,500. Payment plans available ❤️‍🔥

Everything that’s included is in the slides 👉

Certification doesn’t guarantee employment, but we’re here to give you the tools to get there ✨🫶

Spots are limited. DM us or the studio to save yours 💫
