some trips give you memories. some change the way you see God.

there were moments where His presence felt too holy for words. He doesn’t need perfect language, perfect plans, or perfect people. His presence doesn’t need translation. He simply asks for willing hearts, and then He does what only He can do.

we watched people worship with a joy that couldn’t be explained by what they had. we witnessed kindness that expected nothing in return. children laughed so freely, families opened their arms so quickly, and strangers became family because Jesus was enough.
their faith changed us.

God wasn’t just building something in the people we came to serve - He was building something in us too. somewhere along the way, we also became family. i’ll forever be grateful for this team and the way each of them reflected Jesus in their own unique way. serving alongside them was one of the greatest gifts of this trip.

el salvador reminded us that the Kingdom is found in surrendered hearts and in choosing to see the person in front of us the way He does.
i came home with a deeper hunger to know Him, love people better, and never become so comfortable that i stop depending on Him. i’ve never been more aware that the gospel reaches places my words never could.

to everyone who prayed, gave, encouraged me, and believed in this trip before it ever happened, thank you. your generosity was never just about sending me to el salvador - it became part of every conversation, every prayer, every life touched, and every reminder that God is still moving. i hope you know you were part of every bit of it.

In 2024, I moved to DFW, attended my first YouthCon, fell in love with @gatewaypeople, and truly had no idea the journey that the Lord would have me embark on.

Two years later, I get to testify of His faithfulness and got to witness His heart displayed for this generation alongside the most incredible people. I am so thankful that He cares so deeply for us. He truly writes the BEST stories! @gwyouthcon you have my heart❤️‍🔥

Shoutout to @josephisaiah_ , @marcoandres725, and the rest of the incredible team that captured these special moments so beautifully!

Technically not summer but I’m already grieving Spring 26.

The sweetest friends, fun activities, pretty sunsets, cute fits and my favorite thing, serving in Next Gen Ministry! OH AND OLIVE (my cat)
