We rented a studio, got together some talented people and realized a few short scenes and sketches. This is work in progress.

I wanted to find out what works and what breaks when using Seedance 2.5 Edit Mode. Location, Costume, Props, Extras, Lighting. How much does get transferred? What gets ignored? This process is much, much more difficult than prompting complete scenes from scratch. The model is always fighting between references and input like lipsync, perspective and relations. Don’t believe the marketing hype - It’s not the push of a button.

But it’s infinitely more fun.

From the first time I used generative AI to manipulate image sequences, this was what I dreamed about: NOT replacing the fun part. Or at least not all of it. And making actually something that wasn’t possible before, not the same trash but now with Ai.

Lets try to find new workflows so we can preserve the art in acting, cinematography and directing 🫶 And not trying to sell anything here, just trying to figure out a way my work can still be fun. Please continue to be mad as hell about AI slop, data centers, the financial bubble etc. I certainly am.

GLÜCKSGEFÜHLE Festival 2026! 🍀
Up to 250,000 people, around 1 million m² of festival grounds and some of the biggest names in Pop, Hip-Hop, Party & EDM. I had the pleasure of working at the DOPAMIN Stage for three intense days, covering 18 bands and artists with a great crew. 🏗️💪🏼It was one of those jobs where you realize again how much you love what you do even though some shade would have been nice. 😂
