Day 2 at Honcho! The rain cut my first day short, so I came back to add the second coat, drop shadows, clean up the details, and finally watch this wall come together.

And just as I was wrapping up for the day, they asked if I could add one more thing… so there’s still a little more to come. 👀

Day 1 of bringing a little piece of Austin to College Station with my own spin on Amy Cook’s iconic “i love you so much” mural. This was originally supposed to be a one-day project, but between a paint sprayer that absolutely hated me and Texas weather doing what Texas weather does, that clearly wasn’t happening.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I took a much-needed snack break with the Cinnamon Bun Drizzled Rice Cakes from Like Air, and I’m officially obsessed. They’re gluten-free, only 90 calories for the entire bag, and SO freaking good. Then it was back to the wall, VR headset on, and lettering until the rain finally called it for me.

Come back for Day 2 to see how the finished mural at Honcho turned out. 🎨
