✂️ Ribbon officially cut at the Village Grove Apartments at Crescent Way!

Years in the making, this project brought together so many committed partners to create something special: a vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-income community with affordability, sustainability, and connection at its core.

This new development brings:
🏠 High-quality, affordable housing
🌳 Green space and thoughtful design
🚌 Walkable access to transit and services
💪 A stronger, more inclusive community
👶 Expanded daycare and new home for Trumansburg Community Nursery School

Located within walking distance to schools, services, and downtown, the development also includes shared amenities like a community lounge, laundry, and on-site support.

This was a complex and collaborative effort, and today we paused to recognize and celebrate that work. Congrats to all involved!
