Best Pilates studio in the South Bay? 👀

For me, it’s Rockit Body 💛

I’ve tried a lot of studios, and I keep coming back here through my wedding prep, pregnancy, and postpartum.

Here’s what I love:

✨ Challenging reformer workout while being wrist, shoulder & lower back conscious
✨ Quality instructors (my favs are Izzy, Cameron, Lo & Kelly)
✨The only studio I’ve been to where if you’re lucky the instructors will ask what you want to work on and build that into the workout in real time!
✨The best upbeat & current music
✨ Clean, modern studio
✨ Always leave sore in the best way

Not on ClassPass, but they have a great intro offer. And yes, the popular classes book up fast… but I’ve never regretted a workout.
