Oooof... yesterday was tough! 🥵

Gymshark Run Club in London and somehow ended up doing the 5:30/km pace group. Definitely not sure I’m ready for that pace just yet in London. Even though my pb is just over 26mins

The pace, the inclines, weaving around people and the traffic lights... this pace hits different when you're pushing that speed!

No speakers with the 6:00/km group, so really had no choice but to go with @mikes_hart and the BANGING tunes 🎶

Survived it, but my legs are definitely feeling it today 😂🥵

Might need to think twice before following the music next time! 👀🎶 nahhhh will still do it

Bring on next Tuesday

Saucony Run Shoreditch – 21.1K 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥

“Apparently 21.1K wasn’t enough drama…”😂

My right leg decided to bring the arthritis drama, my left leg brought the sciatica to the party, and by around 15K they were both making their feelings very clear 🙄😂

But somehow, with a lot of stubbornness, encouragement and seriously good race-day energy, Myms crossed that finish line in 2:02:03 😎🏁

Huge thanks to my osteopath @miatheosteo for helping keep this body moving and race-day ready — truly appreciated 💛

The vibes before, during and after the race were honestly everything 🫶🏼

Massive love to the Saucony Social Run Club pacers and to
@jelilakinwande @miss_tinaribicic @gamblin937 @claudiabotella @_busaina @sweetslewis @oliviawaller238 @d_saint758 @ivanoster @metah.fitt @donnamarie_dondon @azzaruns + Lloyd 💚

And the cheer zones from @saucony_eu @brkedoff @runnpac @bonne_london were EPIC 🔥📣

Huge thanks to the Saucony team and @runshoreditch — such a brilliant, well-organised event from start to finish

Special shout-out to @ameliabbailey for sorting the @SauconySocial pacers’ trainers + race tops 👟💙

📸 Huge thanks to

And apologies to anyone I haven’t tagged…blame Instagram, not Myms 😂🙄
