Y’all know how particular we are about what goes into our food, so when @liveprimalbeing sent us their Grassfed Bovine Colostrum, I was SO excited to incorporate it into our Powerhouse Protein Muffins!

If you’re unfamiliar, colostrum is the first milk produced by a mama cow after giving birth, naturally rich in nutrients, antibodies and growth factors!

Here’s what Primal Being highlights about their colostrum:
🤎 Immune support — naturally occurring immunoglobulins and lactoferrin
🤎 Gut health — compounds studied for digestive and intestinal support
🤎 Muscle recovery — naturally occurring growth factors
🤎 Skin wellness — nutrients involved in normal cellular function

Even better? Grassfed, sourced from regenerative American farms, first-milking, third-party tested and made without unnecessary fillers!

We already incorporate grassfed collagen into our muffins, along with Greek yogurt, fresh stone-milled flour, Mill-King milk, ranch eggs and real butter!

THIS WEEK’S PROTEIN MENU:
❤️ Red Velvet Chocolate Chip — made with beetroot powder!
🥜 Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
🫐 Blueberry Cinnamon
🤎 Biscoff White Chocolate Chip
🍫 Ranch Fuel Bars — singles & 4-packs!
🌾 Cowgirl Protein Granola — not pictured!

Muffins available in singles and multipacks!

A HUGE thank you to Primal Being for sending this our way! We love discovering and partnering companies that value quality ingredients as much as we do!

Real ingredients. Made from scratch. From our ranch kitchen to your family. 🤎

POWERHOUSE JUST GOT A LITTLE MORE POWERFUL💪🏼

Y’all know I’m particular about what goes into the food we make at The Ranch Stand. Real ingredients, quality sources + things I feel GOOD about feeding my own family.

So when @liveprimalbeing reached out about collaborating with us, it just made sense. 🐄

Our Powerhouse Protein Muffins now include Primal Being Grassfed Beef Bioactive Collagen, featuring collagen Types I–V & XI!

And we’re still packing them with all the goodness you already know:
🤎 High-protein Greek yogurt
🤎 Collagen protein
🤎 Our farm-fresh eggs
🤎 Mill-King milk + cream
🤎 REAL butter
🤎 Primal Being Grassfed Beef Bioactive Collagen

All coming together for approximately 8.5g of protein per big ol’ bakery-style muffin! 💪🏼

And THIS WEEK’S lineup is 👏🏼👏🏼
• Nutella Chocolate Chip
• Chocolate PB + White Chocolate
• Cowgirl Crunch (made with our Cowgirl Protein Granola)
• Strawberry Vanilla
• Blueberry

We’re excited to collaborate with Primal Being and bring another thoughtfully sourced ingredient into something we’re already making + feeding our own families.

So yes… we put beef in the muffins. 😂🐄
Honestly, could anything be more Ranch Stand?!

Available Wednesday + Thursday while they last!

We became afraid of the sun, suspicious of red meat, threw away the egg yolks, replaced animal fats with ultra-processed alternatives and turned raw milk into one of the most controversial foods on earth. Then we moved indoors, stopped walking, stayed up under artificial light, slept less, ate from packets, put chemicals on our skin and somehow called it progress.

Now we buy supplements for nutrients that exist in real food, wear devices to tell us to sleep, download apps to help us relax and pay for “wellness” experiences that imitate being outside.

Maybe humans didn’t suddenly forget how to be healthy. Maybe we just forgot how to be human.

🧬 Biohacking isn’t new. We’ve just given an ancestral way of living a modern name.

🦴 Our ancestors didn’t call it “optimising their biology.” They simply lived in rhythm with it: morning sunlight, darkness at night, daily movement, nutrient-dense whole foods, mineral-rich water and salt, natural periods without food, physical challenge, time outdoors, community and consistent sleep.

📱Today we spend our days under artificial light, sitting indoors, eating ultra-processed food, surrounded by screens, chronically stressed and disconnected from nature; then buy gadgets and supplements to “hack” the biology our modern environment disrupted in the first place.

❓The result? A lifestyle that can promote chronic low-grade inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, poor sleep and increased risk of chronic disease.

➡️ Maybe the ultimate biohack isn’t adding more.

➡️ Maybe it’s remembering how humans were designed to live.

🧬 Biohacking is ancestral living rebranded.

Turns out being “healthy” is a lot more enjoyable when you stop trying to do everything perfectly !!!

Still doing all the things I love, just with less pressure around them 🫶🏻
